How do I enter a competition?

• Sign up to a Caddy Comps account. • Select the competition you want to enter. • Answer the question and select how many tickets you want. Then make a purchase through either Debit/Credit Card, Apple Pay or via Paypal. • Receive your ticket numbers for the competition. • The watch the live draws on our Instagram Page. How do I know my ticket numbers for the comps?

Your ticket numbers will be shown on the confirmation screen after you have completed your purchase. They will also be shown on the confirmation email you receive. They can also be shown in your ‘My Account section’ after purchase. Simply click My account >> My Tickets >> select Active or Past Tickets.

Can I pick my own ticket numbers?

No. Ticket numbers for each draw are generated at random with each purchase.

How do i know if ive won an instant win prize?

Instant wins are announced after receiving your order payment. It will come up on the screen with your order confirmation if you have won. It will also be highlighted in your email confirmation. If you have won site credit the credit will automatically be automatically applied to your account wallet. If it is a golf prize you have won you will get a claim submission form via email, please fill this out and send back to us. (Please note there is no need to fill in the claim submission form if it is only site credit that has been won.) If you didn’t receive any of the above confirmations then unfortunately you have not won an instant prize. However your ticket numbers will be entered into the end prize draw. End Prizes are highlighted in the description and the title of each instant win comp.

How do you run the competitions?

Each draw is performed Live on Instagram. We use a google random number generator to select the winner for each competition.

How do I find out if I have won?

After the draw finishes we email all the winners to notify them that they have won. In the email we ask for a couple of details for verification. We then will continue the process with a telephone call or chat via whatsapp (whichever is preferred by the winner) to arrange the prizes.

If I win, when will I receive my prize?

After making contact with the winner we aim to get the prize out within 48 hours of the competition ending. If the item is not in stock because of a custom configuration on flex or loft then the delivery schedule will be determined by the manufacturer. If it is a custom order we will give an indication of delivery once we have order the prize.

Why is my order showing as 'cancelled'?

Your order will show as cancelled if you did not complete the payment, or if your payment failed. Orders are automatically cancelled after 10 minutes if we do not receive a payment.

Do the clubs come in Left Hand as well as Right Hand?

Yes we can provide the winning clubs in both left hand and right hand. The only time we won’t be able to guarantee left hand is if we have a Limited Edition where the competition prize is in Right or Left Hand. This will be mentioned on the Competition description.
